What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prep and pour concrete slabs and walls with precision and care.
• Clean and oil equipment and forms to keep everything running smoothly.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient jobsite through teamwork and communication.
• Take pride in completing each project with excellence.

What You’ll Need:

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in all types of weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.
• A positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work.
