Carpentry Trade Superintendent
Are you driven by exceptional execution, uncompromising safety, and the pride that comes from building things the right way every time? Do you love carpentry and feel ready to lead at the next level?
At Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., our people are the backbone of everything we do. We live our values of integrity, respect, and passion, and we take pride in bringing our customers’ visions to life with craftsmanship and care.
As our Carpentry Trade Superintendent, you’ll lead a division of carpentry, setting the standard for safety, quality, and performance. This is more than a management role; it’s an opportunity to own the trade, shape the culture, and leave a lasting impact on projects and people.
Safety is at the heart of our business model. You’ll serve as a safety leader, ensuring SQPs are completed, policies are enforced, and every team member goes home safe—every day.
You’ll also be the champion of quality control, ensuring work is completed per contract documents and done right the first time. From reviewing estimates and preparing job sites to building production plans that align with budgets, you’ll keep projects efficient, accountable, and profitable.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee the carpentry trade division
- Enforce safety standards and accountability across all projects
- Ensure quality workmanship and contract compliance
- Review estimates and develop production plans that meet project goals
- Monitor costs and manage expenditures to meet construction budgets
- Train, mentor, and develop a motivated, high-performing carpentry team
- Foster teamwork, pride, and long-term growth within the division
