Consolidated Construction Co. (CCC) is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will focus on driving growth across Wisconsin’s food and beverage markets, while working primarily out of our Portage, Wisconsin office and traveling throughout the state to support clients and prospects.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in expanding CCC’s Design/Build presence. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships, and positioning CCC as a trusted construction partner within targeted markets.
This is a highly visible role that blends strategy, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and develop relationships with owners, designers, brokers, and industry influencers to generate new business opportunities
  • Grow CCC’s Design/Build footprint and strengthen brand awareness across Wisconsin’s food and beverage sector
  • Research and analyze economic, market, and industry trends within assigned niche markets and geographic areas
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to stay current on market conditions and competitive activity
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on business development efforts, pipeline activity, and key performance indicators
  • Support the development, execution, and refinement of the company’s sales plan
  • Coordinate and manage the sales and proposal process in collaboration with marketing, project managers, and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
  • Required experience within the food and beverage market
  • Construction-related business development experience, ideally in a Design/Build environment
  • Working knowledge of the technical aspects of Design/Build construction
  • Proven ability to build and maintain profitable relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team
Location & Travel
  • This position is based out of CCC’s Portage, Wisconsin office
  • Travel within Wisconsin should be anticipated as part of this role
