Commercial Carpenters – Experience Preferred, Motivation Required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist Construction Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of the job.
• Read and interpret plans to ensure precision and quality.
• Contribute to a safe and collaborative jobsite through clear communication and teamwork.
• Take pride in the finished product—because your work matters.

What You’ll Need:

• Commercial carpentry experience is highly preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train in steel framing and expand your skillset.
• Comfort working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
