Are you looking for that next step in your construction career and want to grow into a leadership role?  Are you looking to help lead, plan and coordinate commercial construction projects?  At CCC our Assistant Superintendents work side by side with our Site Superintendents to ensure quality work and a great experience for our clients, communities, and co-workers.  This role will allow you the opportunity to be coached and some day you may find yourself supervising and leading your own construction projects!

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will manage and oversee all on-site activities in a safe and efficient manner.  You will help prepare construction schedules and manage job site resources.  Keeping the project on schedule and using problem solving skills is crucial to ensure final delivery is on target.  Documentation into software systems will be the key to keeping all involved informed on the project progress.

You will be responsible for reviewing shop drawings and ensuring project specifications are met with regard to required materials and equipment.  You will monitor project expenditures and identify variances to meet construction budgets.

No job can be done without keeping Safety in the forefront of our minds!  Ensuring safe work environments is a responsibility that is put onto all CCC employees and subcontractors alike, so we are looking for someone who wants to help us continue and build on our safety plans and initiatives.

The most gratifying part of the project is watching the owner take occupancy and having their dream and vision come to life.  You play a vital role in the final steps to making that happen by scheduling, coordinating, and completing the punch list!

Working as an Assistant Superintendent will be a great opportunity to see many buildings go from the ground up and in turn you will be able to say you played a part of making that happen!
