Senior Architect

In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee design quality, lead strategic initiatives, strengthen key client relationships, and mentor a high-performing architectural team.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partner
- Build strong, multi-project client relationships.
- Provide strategic guidance for major project pursuits and long-term accounts.
- Align architectural strategy with business and market objectives.
- Support Business Development with proposals, presentations, and positioning.
- Identify opportunities for service and design innovation.
- Oversee workload planning, staffing, and performance.
- Maintain design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices.
- Mentor architects and designers; support licensure and career growth.
- Resolve complex technical, code, and constructability challenges.
- Lead initiatives focused on technology, process improvement, and training.
- Champion safety-by-design principles in all projects.
- Partner with Operations and Risk Management to ensure designs reduce hazards and promote safety.
